General Lot Parking
Parking:
General Lot parking is first-come, first-serve.
Please note: Those traveling in RVs or with a trailer will need to pay for two parking spaces. Overnight parking is not allowed. Stay up to date on lot closures by checking this website and following CMAC on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

Bridge Box Office
Bridge Box Office:
Located near our Premium Parking Lot, at the school-side bridge entrance.
Regular Hours:
Currently Closed. Will reopen in the 2025 season on show days. The Bridge Box Office is only open on show days, 1 hour prior to doors.

Can be picked up at either the General or Bridge Box Office.

Ticketmaster:
All types of special needs seating are now available online. When selecting seats, you can use the “Filter” function to turn on the ADA toggle and select the type of accommodation you are looking for. If no seats appear, we may be sold out of seats.
CMAC Main Box Office:
The Box Office is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12-4pm and all show days beginning at noon. For specific questions, you may call or text us at 585-678-6938 and we will respond within 24 hours.

Accessible Vehicle Parking
ADA Regulations:
The appropriate amount of accessible vehicle parking spots have been designated in each lot for each show, on a first come first serve basis.
Lot Locations:
General Lot is located off East Lake Rd (Route 364). $10
Premium Lot is located off Lakeshore Drive. $30
Request A Shuttle:
We advise that you arrive early. You may experience delays at peak arrival and departure times due to high demand. Upon entering the CMAC parking lot inform the cashier or any parking attendant you’ll need the accessible transportation shuttle. In a timely manner, they will direct you to a pickup location or radio the shuttle to you near your vehicle’s location*.
As you exit the show return to the location you were dropped off at. This will notify the driver so they can return you to your vehicle or lot drop off location.

• *NEW* Starting 6/2/24, we have a clear bag policy for all events held at our venue. Bring your essentials in a clear bag (no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″) OR a clutch/wallet smaller than 4.5″ x 6.5″. This policy helps us ensure a smooth entry process while prioritizing everyone’s safety.
• Picture ID is required for all alcohol purchased inside CMAC
• All guests are subject to search prior to entering

Parking lots open 2 hours prior to doors opening • Gates open 1.5 hours prior to start of event *subject to change on show by show basis • If someone has a medical emergency or requires special attention: Seek CMAC security, Locate CMAC medical staff on South side of shell near concessions tent • No Camping on CMAC grounds • *Blankets and chairs are allowed • 1 standard sized, clear, empty water bottle per patron is allowed into the venue • Standard size umbrellas are allowed
